8th March is International Women's Day and OAS is joining the call with the UN Women drive:

Power on: How we can supercharge an equitable digital future for more women in the technology sector.  

OAS staff compliment is made up of over 40% women, who have proven to be an invaluable asset to the success of OAS.

 Some of the positions held by the women are the Head of Sales, Operations manager and an outstanding technical expert, Financial manager and Projects manager. 

Each of these individuals are extremely competent in their various positions and have the ability to engage with our clients and other staff members in a way that, quite frankly, are proven to be more competent than their male counterparts.

The above statement OAS hopes, that women will be encouraged to join the technology sector as OAS believes women have the capacity and the necessary temperament to easily fit in and be extremely successful with in the industry.
